5 MINUTE CORE WORKOUT


This is great to work the entire core including the sides and lower tummy area.

A Flat tummy does not come from slimming teas and detox cleanses. Not from special shakes or ingredients and definitely not from just crunches.

Anything and everything works the core when done right.
For a flat tummy just remember that core exercises are one part of it but eventually you have to focus on overall fat loss. Which comes from working out daily and from the right nutrition.
Are you skinny but have just a tummy ? Have you checked your body fat percentage ?


The waist circumference and waist to hip ratio is also an indicator of the number of diseases you are at risk of. A heavier waist indicates higher visceral fat or fat around the organs. The most dangerous kind of fat. This is lost by continuous exercises and better eating habits.
If you dont know where to start, start working out daily. 30 minutes a day.

Now try this :

 

5 min core burn
Crunch 20 reps 
Bicycle 40 reps 
Legs up crunch 20 reps 
Plank 30 secs


Repeat for 3 rounds
With only 10 seconds break in between
