Gret snack to carry. Just mix everything in office and you are good to go.
1 cup sprouted black gram
1 cucumber cut into small strips
1 tomato cut into thin strips
1 onion cut into thin slices
Few chopped green chillies to taste
1 tbsp coriander chopped
1 boiled potato sliced (optional)
Salt to taste
Pinch of black salt
11/2 tsp roasted cummin powder
Pinch of roasted dhaniya powder
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes/powder
1/2 lemon ,juice
1/4 cup thick tamarind paste (black tamarind preferably)
Mix all of the above .
Adjust for tamarind, salt and chillies.
