- IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMPLETED REBOOT 1 IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.
- THIS IS THE NATURAL PROGRESSION FROM REBOOT.
- IT BUILDS ON THE PRINCIPLES AND HABITS FROM REBOOT 1.
How to Book ?
Within the app pick Stronger Level 2 and get started.

What will you need?
- Dumbbells: at least a pair of 3kg dumbbells and 5kg dumbbells.
- Mini resistance bands (optional but recommended)
- Exercise Ball 55cm or 65 cm (this is only needed in week 5)

This program takes your fitness game to the next level! It is exclusively for those who have completed Reboot Level 1 (with dumbbells) with me before. If you have not taken up a program before this, Stronger will be too rigorous for you.
If you have completed Reboot in the last 3 months then opt for this. If you have completed the Reboot Body weight exercises (April, May 2020) I would recommend doing the Reboot program that is currently listed on the website.
All program workouts + nutrition plans will be available for access on our new APP. This ensures everything is conveniently accessible and easy to find. You will have one additional month access after your program finishes.
