Here’s a simple quick workout from our ongoing Toned Arms & Abs Challenge

Focus ABs Warm Up Walking minimum 5 mins and try to cover 1/2 km

Circuit 
Crunches
Russian Twist
Flutter Kicks

Level 1: 6 reps of each : Rest upto 2 mins
Level 2: 10 reps each : Rest 1 min
Level 3: 20 reps each : Rest 45 secs

Repeat minimum 3 times or till you reach 10 minutes.
Whichever is more
