PHASES TO CONTROLLING PCOS
Each Phase is 12 weeks long. We see people who do all 3 phases built specifically for them see the maximum success in having controlled PCOS longest.
Phase 1 looks at the most pressing issues you face with PCOS and builds the ground work for Phase 2.
Phase 1 focusses on insulin resistance which is the most common symptom. While also working to understand your hormonal fluctuation through your cycle by tracking your cycle.
Phase 1 moves you to a cycle syncing diet to help you support the hormones through your cycle. This is based on the data gathered in Phase 1 where you track your cycle symptoms
This phase moves into other pressing issues like hair & skin management
More so it looks at other possible health issues that are associated with PCOS.

I dont have a words to express how happy i am... 2)I look better so i feel better. I have been to able to redeem my lost confidence. I have been able to inculcate wise habits in my lifestyle. From - its so tough to workout, to - let's do it attitude, has been the best improvement.

4) Scale Victories - Lost 𝟭𝟭. 𝟱 𝗸𝗴 wt, went off my PCOS pills, got my BP medication dose reduced(not by much, but still), skin looks so good, hairfall has reduced Non Scale victories- Have started actually socializing again(which i was reluctant to do earlier because of body shaming anxieties), stamina is awesome, not giving in to cravings.

First of all I have pcos and I had joined this program for weight loss and controlling pcos. I was following simrun ma'am instagram account from the lock down period and when I got diagnosed with pcos 6 months ago, I wanted to give this program a try. And the most important thing i have realized at the end of this program is that I had invested my time on a reliable team led by simrun ma'am.
So, i lost 7 kgs in this program. There is a considerable inch loss as well. My stubborn belly fat has reduced. Simrun ma'am says that the waist to hip ratio should be lower than 0.8. When i started the program, it was 1.2 but now its 0.79. In terms of the pcos symptoms l must say that the number and size of acne has reduced. Bloating has reduced considerably. I feel light from inside. Even after meals, like lunch and dinner, i do not feel heavy.Another thing I must say is that I used to get out of track, in terms of workout. But my nutritionist is so nice, she constantly kept guiding me. I must have been a real difficult client to deal with. Sorry for that, but I really tried the best from my side.I know i have to improve a lot more. I need to keep my pcos under control. And this program has helped me in showing that path.

Talking about ovarian cyst then on Aug 2021 I was diagnosed by pcos so at that time I did sonography report I had discovered ovarian cysts and then told me to reduce weight but it was very very difficult for me to do it myself then when I joined Nourish Dec 2022 so this is my third programI didn’t loose much weight but I was very focused about the the food I eat and drinking water was most important I changed what I use to eat to a healthy food plate by starting adding fibrous vegetables in my plate so after years may be almost 2 years I did my sonography report again I was in fear what will my report look like and I was very surprised to see that on Aug 2021 my cyst on left ovary was 16cc and right ovary 15cci compared it with my current report then I can see a almost vast difference in my cyst now its showing me for left ovary 7cc and right ovary 8 cc volume I was so so happy last week this is only because of the nourish programs I joined I know I didn’t loose much but was very happy with my report normal uterus, no fibriods and no large cysts only because of my healthy eating😍🥳🥳🥳🥳
