Day 1: Beginner AMRAP Workout | 10-Minute Weight Loss Challenge
Day 1: AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)
Welcome to your first workout of the challenge! Today, we’ll be doing an AMRAP workout, where the goal is to complete as many repetitions as you can in the given time. This session features 3 simple cardio moves, each with modified versions to suit your fitness level.
How It Works:
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, doing as many repetitions as possible.
- Move immediately to the next exercise without a break.
- Once all 3 exercises are done, that counts as 1 round.
- Rest for 30 to 60 seconds after each round, then start again.
- Aim to complete as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes (ideal for beginners).
Want to Level Up?
- Try increasing the number of repetitions during each exercise.
- Aim to complete more rounds within the 10 minutes.
The Workout:
- High Knees – 20 seconds
- Jumping Jacks – 20 seconds
- Plank Shoulder Taps – 20 seconds
