Are programs available only in india or can international clients join?

My coaching programs are not limited to India. We work across the globe. We believe in providing support and guidance to women all around the world. So, no matter where you are, you can benefit from the program.

Does it work for people with pcos & thyroid?

Yes, on Reboot the diet can be tailored to this and on the Private Diet Coaching we can focus on bringing these under control. Over 50% of people on Reboot have PCOS.
We have a large number of people with PCOS and Thyroid who have all lost weight. People with PCOS have also seen their periods regularize over time through our programs.

I live in a hostel and cannot cook for myself. can i still do the program?

Yes. My meal plans are designed with total flexibility in mind. They are designed basis food groups and portion sizes, so you can eat anywhere - hostels, cafeterias, restaurants, etc. It’s all acceptable as long as you are getting proper nutrition. Should we believe you aren’t getting adequate nutrition, we might ask you to buy some groceries that don’t need any cooking, like milk, curd, cucumber, fruits, etc.

I cannot cook different meals for myself or use fancy ingredients, can i still do this?
Yes. All my plans are formulated to enable you to eat what is made in your house or available to you. No fancy ingredients are required. We want you to help you learn to modify your personal food to your goals.
What time do i need to do the workouts?
My workout sessions are also devised with complete flexibility in mind. You can do them at any time that is convenient for you. No more fixed timings. All you need is 30-minutes when you are free.
Do i need to join a gym?
In the Reboot series, we provide a diverse range of exercises based on individual needs and preferences. It includes dumbbell workouts, bodyweight workouts, low-impact exercises, and gym-based workouts. Whichever program you choose, my goal is to help you reboot your fitness journey and unlock your full potential. So go ahead, explore my programs, and find the one that suits you best.
I already go to a gym and have a trainer. can i use just the diet plan?
Yes, you can. However, I would recommend getting a personalized “1-to-1 private coaching” program based on your lifestyle and workouts. If you need we have gym based workouts on out Reboot program as well.
I have back issues / injuries/ knee issues. how do i proceed?
Please write to us with details so we understand the intensity of your injuries. You can still choose any of the programs and follow the food plans with walking or swimming. I would recommend Low Impact workouts under any of our programs.
Are the programs for women only?
Not at all, we have a number of men who have done these. If your goal is weight loss then Reboot is the plan for you. For all other goals, message me on the Whatsapp number provided.
I want to gain weight. do you have a plan for that?
Yes, On all our programs we have a weight gain option that comes with workouts and a diet to help you gain lean muscle mass and just weight. This is a slow process but well worth it.
I’m not overweight. i just want to get fit. will the programs work for me?
Yes, any of my programs will work for you. I would recommend Reboot to get started here.
I am trying to conceive. should i start a program? what happens if i conceive while on the program?
My programs are perfect to help get your hormones in order. Many people have gotten pregnant during my programs. Under 1 to 1 Private Coaching we have a Preconception specialistion as well.
You can continue to exercise, or if required, we can move you to walking, mixed with the right food plan. The meal plans are nutritious and good for you, even if you are pregnant. We are there to help and guide you in every way possible.
Can i get a free trial?
You can check out my free 7-day workout challenge that is available on the app. This will give you a small glimpse of what we do, how we do it, how the app functions. The private diet coaching program has an “investigation program” option that is just 2 weeks long as a nominal cost that will help you get a feel of it too.
Can i pay for one month at a time?
I know a one-month plan sounds less intimidating. However, it takes at least 21 days to adjust to something new and 90 days to build a habit that becomes second nature to you. My objective is to provide you with the tools that will benefit you in the long term. Not just limited to the duration of the program. Like they say, “Give a woman a fish, you feed her for a day. Teach her to fish, you feed her for a lifetime.” This is the reason I do not do 1-month programs. No fads. No quick fixes. It is all about simple, sustainable techniques that provide long lasting results. However, we do have EMI options available for easy monthly payments. You can pick this option at checkout

Do you have a refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our programs and whether you use it or not you have a nutritionist assigned who needs to be available and we are still providing all the services. Our programs are non refundable but we understand that in case of an emergency this might not be your priority. We can at that point offer you credit points for the remaining duration of the program after deducting taxes.
Can i get workouts customized to my problem areas?
I want to focus on my tummy, stomach, arms, thighs, hips, etc. or,
i need to lose fat from a particular part of my body, or,
I only have fat in a particular area of my body and want a program for that, or,
I want to reduce face fat…
Spot reduction is not possible. I had to focus on overall weight loss as well, during my personal journey. That's how I lost weight on my face, arms, thighs and even my stomach. If you think you are at your ideal weight, it's your body fat % that matters.

To reduce fat % you need to
1. Be in a small deficit
2. Eat adequate protein

Anyone or any program that promises specific body part reduction is probably fake. The 30-day plans, or 10-day plans for slimmer arms or flatter abs or slimmer faces are useless too. Focus on losing weight as a whole. My program focuses on going past stagnation and heading towards fat loss.
How much weight can i lose on the program?
The results are dependent on your effort. Just like an exam, if you study better, you do better. If you don't study, you don't do well. My programs provide you with the tools to succeed. The rest is up to you. Having said that, we have seen regular cases of our clients losing anywhere between 6 and 12 kilos through the duration of the selected 3-month program. We like to try between 0.5% to 1% of total body weight loss per week.
I am breastfeeding, can i join the program?

Yes. Ideally, you should be at least 12 weeks post-delivery to join the program. For precaution’s sake, please check with your gynecologist if you are allowed to exercise. The Food plan and exercise will not affect your milk supply. In fact, we can help you with increase milk supply.

I just delivered a baby. can i join?

Optimally, you should wait 12 weeks post a normal delivery and 14 weeks post a C-section. However, it would be best for you to consult with your Doctor first before commencing any exercise program.

I travel a lot. will i be able to follow the program?

Yes. My programs revolve around anytime – anywhere philosophy. My meal plans are designed for easy adoption anywhere in the world. The workout sessions can be done even in a hotel room. The idea is to be able to deal with busy life situation and manage without stressing over it.

Is the reboot diet customised?
Reboot is my most powerful weight management plan. While the diet is not like the 1 to 1 private diet coaching , it is tailored to your weight management goals.
It is built by us to follow a systematic way for you to achieve your weight goals based on your gender, eating type, goals etc. It is completely flexible and adaptable. There are choices for veg / non veg / vegan etc. In fact, people in hostels, living in joint families, they all use this program. That’s how flexible it is. What’s more, you are guided and mentored by a nutritionist. If you want advice, should you want an element of your diet changed, whatever the case may be, all you need to do is send us a message and you will be advised accordingly.
  • All replies are usually within 24 hours and during working hours, except for Sunday’s and declared holidays ( you will receive an app notification a day prior).
  • This program is supported via chat only through my app. Telephone calling functionality is NOT a feature of this program.
  • My diet plans that are on REBOOT are based on accepted international standards. Once you are done with the program, you will have learned what works for you and how you can do this for the rest of your life. You do not need to depend on us any more. My workouts are in the form of video demonstrations. How often do the diets change on reboot?

My meal plans don’t function the way standard diets do. Telling someone what to eat each day doesn’t work in the long term, especially when you are a part of a social community. If your family is having dosa for breakfast, we cannot ask you to make a separate meal as this is not practical in the long term. Instead, we tell you how much dosa to eat. I believe that everyone should eat nearly everything they enjoy consuming. We just advise on the right quantity and ensure proper nutrition to help you attain your goals.

My diets are designed very differently from the norm. The objective is to make it super simple for you to follow. For example, on the REBOOT 2 program, my clients will not repeat the same food in their planned diets. Realistically speaking, just one of these diets is enough for life.

However, we change the strategy and macro splits as we go along, to prevent stagnation. During big festivals like Navratri, we include festival special diets that harness the power of the festival or celebration. For my clients who are fasting, we cater to that too. Most importantly, we encourage you to update us about your daily food intake. We receive all your messages on a one-to-one basis and this allows for us to send you replies, suggestions and recommendations that are customized for your particular goals. On all our program we do not need special recipes. No cooking extra as that is not a long-term solution. We do have recipes on my fun supportive community on FB however this is for fun.

Is it possible to join as a couple?
You can join as a couple. However, the plans are the same. With that said, the diets are always unique to the individual, so your spouse will have their own plan. Both partners need to send their food intake pictures for our supervision and subsequent guidance. Obviously, the requirements for men and women are different, and so the guidance we provide will be tailored appropriately. In terms of exercise, the workouts are the same but the weights will vary between men and women. In some cases we make specific additions for the male partner. While you can join as a couple, both partners are treated as unique individuals.
How long do i have access to all reboot program functionality?
The reboot program lasts for a total of 18 weeks, consisting of the 2-week pre-training period, the full 12-week main program itself followed by an additional 4-weeks of access. During this 18-week duration, you will have full access to all the program's features on my app. Even if your program has ended, you will have access to my workout challenges based on the specific program you have chosen.
Do i need special equipment to be on the reboot program?
This depends on the workout program you decide to opt for within the Reboot app. The program includes a variety of workouts that can be done with dumbbells, bodyweight exercises only, and gym-based exercises. You have the flexibility to choose the options that suit you best, and a gym membership is not necessary to participate in the program.
Is reboot the program for me if i have specific dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, you can join Reboot even if you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies. The program offers a Flexible Eating Model which will make it easy for you to pick options with the help of your nutritionist. However if you have intolerances, IBS, IBD or other inflammatory diseases then the 1 to 1 private diet coaching might be better suited. Reboot is for weight management primarily
Are the recipes suitable for vegetarians & vegans?
Yes, they also cater specifically to vegetarians & vegans. The entire plan is based on your preferred choices in food, which is based on what is available to you at home.
What is 1 – 1 private coaching?

This is my highly customized nutrition program. It starts with an in-depth telephonic consultation to understand your lifestyle, habits and medical issues if any. We then develop a customized meal plan that is unique to you and your goals.

The goals are not limited to weight loss. It can pertain to better health, reduce cholesterol, fight PCOS or support you in conception. The possibilities are endless. You will begin at our Level 1 Nutrition Structure that helps builds foundations of better health, while guiding you towards your greater goals. You are allocated 2 dedicated senior nutritionists who will support you and provide feedback all through the 3-month program duration.

The constant support is to ensure you understand how to make this a sustainable lifestyle within the 3 months together. This isn’t about going on a diet. It isn’t about dietary restrictions. It is to guide you on your path to your goal and give you the tools to keep going without us.

There isn’t any other comparable program out there that offers this level of customization, support and expertise, especially at this cost. My objective is to help above all else, so price does not matter. Your improved health and wellbeing does. This program follows my diet philosophy and we do not do restrictive menu plans or fad / trending diets.

How much weight will i lose on the 1 -1 private coaching program?
We believe that staying focused and working diligently on the regimen provided will result in a healthy and sustainable loss of 0.5% to 1% of your body weight per week. Ultimately, the amount of weight you lose will vary depending on factors such as your starting weight, adherence to the program, individual metabolism, and lifestyle. It's important to note that weight loss is a gradual process, and results may differ from person to person.
Are workouts going to be customised on the 1-1 private diet coaching program?
In 1-1 private diet coaching programs, our primary focus is on nutrition. However, if you are interested, you have the option to request a complimentary level-based workout regime to complement your program. Please note that we do not provide customized workouts as a standard feature in any of our programs. Our workouts are designed to be suitable at different fitness levels, offering progression and challenge. If you have any specific questions or concerns about the workouts, you can chat with our support team.
Do we get weekly diets on the 1-1 private diet coaching program?
In the 1-1 private diet coaching program, the diets are customized based on your individual requirements. We understand that each person has unique needs and goals when it comes to nutrition. Your nutritionists will work closely with you to assess your specific dietary needs, preferences, and any underlying health conditions. Apart from the onboarding modifications and changes, your nutritionist will change your diet based on the requirement.
Will I be able to balance my hormones with 1-1 private diet coaching program?
1-1 private diet coaching program has a comprehensive approach that may help with balancing hormones, is complex, and involves various factors, including lifestyle, stress management, sleep, exercise, and medical considerations.
However, a customized nutrition plan plays a supportive role in hormone balance. In a 1-1 private diet coaching program, the nutritionist will work closely with you to understand your specific hormonal concerns and develop a tailored nutrition plan that supports overall hormone health.
Will I be able to conceive with the 1-1 private diet coaching program ?

While a 1-1 private diet coaching program can support overall health and well-being, it's important to understand that the ability to conceive involves numerous factors beyond just diet. Fertility is a complex process influenced by various factors, including reproductive health, hormonal balance, genetics, age, lifestyle factors, and underlying medical conditions.

A personalized diet plan can contribute to optimizing overall health, including reproductive health. The program investigates to understand the underlying health condition and tailor a plan as per the requirements. However, it's crucial to recognize that individual results may vary, and the success of conceiving is influenced by multiple factors. The diet coaching program aims to provide guidance and support in making positive dietary choices and lifestyle changes that may enhance fertility.

Which program would be ideal If I’m above 40 years?
If you do not have any health issues and your primary goal is to lose weight, reboot might also be a good option to go with, and you can pick a workout level based on your intensity.
However after 40 years of age there might be many underlying health conditions, like low bone density, Vitamin deficiencies, hormonal fluctuations etc which needs to be addressed.. So in that case you can either take up 2 weeks Investigation program wherein you will understand or can even go ahead with the 1-1 private diet coaching program If you are unsure just chat with us..
I have a few health issues. Which program is suitable for me?
If you are dealing with 1 or 2 lifestyle disorders and your main focus is on weight loss, the reboot program can be a suitable choice. However, if you have more than 2 lifestyle disorders or if they are severe, or if you have other health issues beyond just lifestyle or weight management, then the 1-1 private diet coaching program would be a more appropriate and comprehensive approach for your needs.
