Day 2: Abs & Cardio Walk

Welcome to Day 2 of the 7-Day Beginner Workout Challenge! Since you’re just starting out, today’s session focuses on building your core strength with a short abs workout, followed by a 30-minute walk to get your heart rate up.

Part 1: Abs Workout

Complete the following exercises back-to-back with minimal rest:

  1. Leg Raises – 15 reps
  2. Crunches – 20 reps
  3. Plank – 60 seconds

After completing all three exercises, rest for 30 seconds and repeat.
Aim for 3 rounds in total.

Part 2: 30-Minute Walk

Once you’ve completed the abs workout, go for a 30-minute walk at your fastest possible pace. Track your distance using any fitness app (like Strava if you’re walking outside) and note how far you go in 30 minutes.

💡 Tip: Try to challenge yourself each day by increasing your walking pace or distance.
