CHIA BERRY JAM

This is a simple yet nutritious jam you can use in your chia pudding, on yoghurt as a snack or even as a filling
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- honey to taste
METHOD
- Mash the berries with a fork
- Stir in the chia seeds
- Add the lime juice
- Taste and add honey as desired
- Refrigerate and let the chia seeds soak the liquid from the fruit
NOTES
- To make with fresh fruit
- Cook the fruit with sugar or honey
- Let it cool and add in the chia seeds and let is soak overnight in a refrigerator
