Lauki (Bottle gourd) Spinach Raita
Ingredients:
500gms Yoghurt
2 cups grated Lauki
1cup of blanched spinach
Black salt and red chilli powder according to taste.
1 tsp roasted cummin powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
1 green chilli finely chopped (optional)
Method :
Mix dry masalas in the yougart.
And mix well.
Add lauki and spinach
Mix well .
Done .
Can garnish with cummin powder.
Note :
You can also add a grated carrot (1 piece )
