Before starting, please record all your measurements as shown in the H.E.L.P kit or here. We will track this on a weekly basis. Since all progress is not scale based we will also use pictures and more qualitative measurements. I will take you through this as we go along. For now, just take some pictures and your measurements.
If you don't have a tracker, use any app to track steps. Don't worry about how many calories you burnt etc. Let's always focus on doing what we can in the moment.
