SUMMER BODY CHALLENGE

 What is the Challenge

 Dates : 22nd March to 13th June

  1. Send your present pics ( back, side and front) against a plain background like a wall. In fitted clothing. You have the option to send this without the face. Please scroll to the bottom to see how to do this. 
  2. Submit this before 22nd March to be applicable
  3. Ensure you do your workouts and steps
  4. Send your after pics (taken in the same place) on or before 13th June
  5. We will also have monthly updates to create monthly winners

 

HOW TO ENTER THE CHALLENGE

1. WEAR TIGHT FITTED CLOTHING

2. STAND IN FRONT OF A PLAIN WHITE WALL 

3. ASK SOME ELSE TO TAKE A FRONT FACING, SIDE FACING AND A BACK PICTURE FOR YOU (selfies not accepted) 

4. HAVE THE BELOW IMAGE OPEN ON YOUR PHONE - this is mandatory to show that it is a present picture on the start of the challenge. you will also find the details on how to do this in the HELP kit on page 12
