Each exercise is for 30 seconds
Followed by a 15 seconds break
Cardio Circuit : 5 ROUNDS
Spot jog
Side jumps
Squat floor touches
High knees
Shoulder tap
- 15 seconds break between each one for a total of 30 mins
- Repeat from the top.
- DO NOT take a longer break.
- Use the stopwatch on your phone. Start at 0 stop at 30 seconds then start at 45 etc.
