CARDIO : TUESDAY + THURSDAY + FRIDAY

 

Each exercise is for 30 seconds
Followed by a 15 seconds break

Cardio Circuit : 5 ROUNDS
Spot jog 
Side jumps 
Squat floor touches 
High knees
Shoulder tap

  • 15 seconds break between each one for a total of 30 mins
  • Repeat from the top.
  • DO NOT take a longer break.
  • Use the stopwatch on your phone. Start at 0 stop at 30 seconds then start at 45 etc.
