Why this challenge ?
Most people struggle the most at the start of a program because there is so much to do.
And it feels overwhelming

You’ll get an email to access the workouts + one nutritional habit
For me there are 4 habits that make sure I stay on track always & this is 1 of them. No diet or workout is greater than these long term habits. In fact all the programs start with this one.
🏋️♀️ 7 days of super simple workouts for beginners about 15 mins a day - added on a closed you tube play list
🍛 1 nws anchor habit (trust me if you only do this for life you’re sorted)
🏆 You may aim to drop 0.5% of body weight during this time. (Or stop gaining)
😈main objective : create a week of consistency to help you reach a bigger goal
🕵️♀️ if you’re on a program or have been, you don’t need to do this. Think of it as a subset or even smaller than the prep kit.
