Day 6: Abs + Cardio Blast

Welcome to Day 6 of the 7-Day Beginner Workout Challenge! Today, we’re combining abs and cardio for a fat-burning, core-strengthening workout. This session will get your heart rate up and help you build a strong, lean midsection.

Workout Plan

Complete each exercise one after the other with minimal rest. After finishing all 5 exercises, rest for 45 seconds and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

1️⃣ Spot Power Walk – 20 reps
2️⃣ High Knees – 20 reps
3️⃣ Mountain Climbers – 20 reps
4️⃣ Slow Mountain Climbers – 20 reps (perform at a slower pace)
5️⃣ Full Plank – 20-second hold

💪 Challenge Tip: Push yourself to maintain good form during each movement. For extra intensity, increase your reps or reduce rest time between rounds.
