ABC Infused Water Recipe


  • 1 Apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 Beetroot, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
  • Fresh Mint Leaves (optional)
  • 1 liter Water, chilled


  • Wash and prepare the apple, beetroot, and carrot by peeling and thinly slicing them. The thin slices will enhance the infusion process.
  • In a pitcher or jar, combine the sliced apple, beetroot, and carrot.
  • Add a handful of fresh mint leaves if desired, providing a refreshing herbal element to the infusion.
  • Fill the container with 1 liter of chilled water, ensuring that the ingredients are fully submerged.
  • Allow the mixture to infuse for at least 2-4 hours in the refrigerator. For a more intense flavor, you can let it infuse overnight.
  • Before serving, give the infused water a gentle stir to distribute the flavors evenly.
  • Serve the ABC Infused Water over ice, and feel free to garnish with additional fresh mint leaves for a burst of aroma.
