Paneer (cottage cheese)& Vegetable Cutlets
Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed paneer
- 2-3 medium size potatoes ,boiled
- 15-20 french beans cut small
- 3-4 medium size carrots grated
- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
- Few green chillies chopped to taste
- 1 onion finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 3 tsp corn flour
- 3-4 tbsp bread crumbs
- 3-4 tbsp of oil
Method
- In a kadhai add 1 tbsp of oil Add the chopped onion and green chillies stir fry for few minutes
- Add the beans and stir fry for a minute or so
- Then add the grated carrots and stir fry for few minutes
- Now add the shredded cabbage and cook for few minutes till the vegetables are 3/4 cooked
- Remove from the flame then
- add the boiled potato ,the crushed paneer, the chopped coriander leaves, salt ,dry mango powder, garam masala, cornflour and breadcrumbs .
- Mix it in well
- Check for salt now
- Now make a ball and and press it in on your palm to make it a little flat .
- Do the same with the rest and keep aside .
- Take a pan and brush oil on it ,when the pan gets a little warm ,
- Place the cutlets on it and cook on low flame ,
- When one side gets brown Flip the side and repeat the same on the other side.
- Done .
