We are seeking a talented Community Manager to identify, cultivate, and activate our community.
The goal of our community management team is to provide value to our members, create superb customer experiences, and to spread the word about Nourish with SIM.
Passion is a must, and we expect the NWS Community Manager to have a passion for social media marketing and an enthusiasm for nurturing our community.
Your role & responsibility:
Put together the strategy to onboard and engage with a section of the community basis persona/region/vertical etc.
Analyse community insights and spot trends to develop proper content strategy.
Identifying and reporting KPIs and other relevant metrics.
Providing weekly and monthly listening and engagement reports.
Foster community-to-community interaction and identify relevant and interesting resources to share with our community.
Create unique and personalized social content to drive community conversations.
Build a bank of knowledge on the product.
Commensurate with industry standards and basis a detailed interview session.
2+ years in marketing research, social media, technology or communication (experience in working in a community role preferred).
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong writing skills to create succinct and engaging messaging.
Understanding of and experience managing popular social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram).
Previous experience building community programs, managing social groups and chats.
Works well with a team but can take full responsibility for own goals and outcomes.
Image editing skills will be a strong advantage.
