BAKED RAJGIRA PAPDI CHAAT

Ingredients
- 15g rajgira flour
- 1 tsp ghee
- some water
- rock salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp curd
- pinch of red chilli powder
- pinch of turmeric powder
- pinch of jeera powder
Method
- Take a bowl add rajgira flour, salt and sprinkle water simultaneously and knead into a soft dough.
- Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
- Take a polythene sheet, divide it into two squares, place it on the roti rolling area and apply some ghee on it and then place the dough, now place the other sheet on top of the dough and roll the dough into a very thin roti,*(since the dough is very sticky and non stretchy can use polythene on both the sides to avoid breakage of roti while rolling)*.
- Take a small circle shaped mould and cut out 4 circle shaped slices of roti .
- Take a baking pan apply some ghee and transfer thin rolled roti and bake it for 2 minutes at 180 degree Celsius once it's baked on one side turn off the oven and flip the papdi and bake it for another 2 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
- Once it's baked completely transfer papdi to a serving plate.
- Take a cup add thick curd, sugar, some water and mix it well.
- Top the curd sugar mix on the baked papdi and sprinkle some red chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder and enjoy baked rajgira papdi chaat.
