SHINGHARA KA HALWA/BARFI

SHINGHARA KA HALWA/BARFI - Simrun Chopra

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp shingara flour
  • 2 tbsp jaggery
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 2 almonds

Method 

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add shingara flour and roast it for 1 minute .
  2. Now add jaggery powder and cook it while mixing the ingredients vigorously for 2-3 minutes, when it combines together and forms a lump turn off the flame.
  3. Transfer it to a plate and allow it to cool down.
  4. Once it is at normal temperature cut it into desired shape and top it with almonds and enjoy shingara halwa.
