KATTU MALPUA

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp kattu flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 30ml milk
- 1 tsp ghee
- 2 almonds
- 1 cashew
Method
- In a bowl add kattu flour, milk and mix it well to form a thin watery consistency.
- Heat pan add ghee and pour the kattu batter on the ghee and allow it to shallow fry .
- Flip and fry on both the sides until it's golden brown and transfer to a plate.
- Add 2 teaspoon sugar and 2 teaspoon water to the pan and make a sugar syrup.
- Now add the fried malpua in the sugar syrup and allow it to soak for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Once it soaks the sugar syrup, transfer it to a serving plate and top it with almonds and cashews.
- Enjoy kattu malpua.
