KATTU KA MEETHA - Simrun Chopra

Ingredients

  • 15g kattu atta
  • 30ml milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1 cashew

Method 

  1. Heat ghee in a pan add kattu flour and saute till it turns brown.
  2. Now add milk and mix it well, then add sugar and allow it to cook .
  3. Cook it for 2 minutes and transfer it to a cup to mould in a shape .
  4. Top it with cashew and enjoy kattu ka meetha.
