KATTU KA MEETHA

Ingredients
- 15g kattu atta
- 30ml milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 cashew
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan add kattu flour and saute till it turns brown.
- Now add milk and mix it well, then add sugar and allow it to cook .
- Cook it for 2 minutes and transfer it to a cup to mould in a shape .
- Top it with cashew and enjoy kattu ka meetha.
