KATTU CUPCAKES

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp kattu flour
- ½ small banana
- 2 tsp curd
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 almonds
- ½ tsp ghee
- pinch of baking powder
Method
- Take a bowl mash banana and make it into a paste, now add curd and whisk these 2 ingredients well.
- Now add kattu flour, honey, ghee and mix it well for 2 minutes.
- Mix it vigorously, add baking soda and give it a nice whisk again.
- Grease cupcakes mould with some ghee and transfer the batter to the cupcakes mould and top it with almond powder.
- Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
- Bake cupcakes for 10 minutes 200 degree celsius.
