KATTU CUPCAKES

KATTU CUPCAKES - Simrun Chopra

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp kattu flour
  • ½ small banana
  • 2 tsp curd
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 almonds
  • ½  tsp ghee
  • pinch of baking powder

Method 

  1. Take a bowl mash banana and make it into a paste, now add curd and whisk these 2 ingredients well.
  2. Now add kattu flour, honey, ghee and mix it well for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix it vigorously, add baking soda and give it a nice whisk again.
  4. Grease cupcakes mould with some ghee and transfer the batter to the cupcakes mould and top it with almond powder.
  5. Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
  6. Bake cupcakes for 10 minutes 200 degree celsius.
