KATTU PANCAKE

KATTU PANCAKE - Simrun Chopra

Ingredients    

  • 30g kattu flour
  • 30ml milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 almonds
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • pinch of baking soda

Method 

  1. Take a bowl add kattu flour, milk, baking soda and mix it well.
  2. Heat pan apply some ghee and transfer half kattu batter and allow it to cook for 1 minute, then flip it and cook for another 1 minute, repeat the procedure for the rest batter.
  3. Once both the pancakes are cooked well transfer it to a serving plate.
  4. Top it with chopped banana, honey and chopped almonds.
  5. Enjoy yummy kattu pancake.
