KATTU PANCAKE

Ingredients
- 30g kattu flour
- 30ml milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 almonds
- 1 small banana
- 1 tsp ghee
- pinch of baking soda
Method
- Take a bowl add kattu flour, milk, baking soda and mix it well.
- Heat pan apply some ghee and transfer half kattu batter and allow it to cook for 1 minute, then flip it and cook for another 1 minute, repeat the procedure for the rest batter.
- Once both the pancakes are cooked well transfer it to a serving plate.
- Top it with chopped banana, honey and chopped almonds.
- Enjoy yummy kattu pancake.
