MAKHANA LADDU

Ingredients
- 10g makhana
- 2 tsp jaggery
- 1 tsp ghee
- 5 peanut
- 2 almonds
Method
- Dry roast makhana, peanuts, almonds and transfer it to a blending jar, blended into a fine powder.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery and melt it.
- Once jaggery starts to bubble up add the makhana, peanut, almond powder and mix it fast vigorously.
- Now turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a plate and divide it into 2 portions.
- Apply some ghee on the palms and make it into laddu's form and serve it.
- Enjoy makhana laddu.
