MAKHANA LADDU

MAKHANA LADDU - Simrun Chopra

Ingredients

  • 10g makhana
  • 2 tsp jaggery
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 5 peanut
  • 2 almonds

Method 

  1. Dry roast makhana, peanuts, almonds and transfer it to a blending jar, blended into a fine powder.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery and melt it.
  3. Once jaggery starts to bubble up add the makhana, peanut, almond powder and mix it fast vigorously.
  4. Now turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a plate and divide it into 2 portions.
  5. Apply some ghee on the palms and make it into laddu's form and serve it.
  6. Enjoy makhana laddu.
