MAKHANA SWEET POTATO CHAAT

Ingredients
- 25g sweet potato
- 10g makhana
- 10 groundnut
- 1 tsp finely chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp curd
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- rock salt to taste
- 1 tsp ghee
Method of preparation
- Steam sweet potato and groundnuts.
- Heat ghee in a kadai add makhana, mashed sweet potato and groundnut.
- Saute these ingredients well.
- Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Once it is cooked transfer this mixture to a serving plate.
- Take a cup add curd, sugar and mix it well.
- Now add the curd mixture to the potato makhana and groundnut mixture, sprinkle some coriander leaves and red chilli powder.
- Serve and enjoy makhana sweet potato chaat.
