NAVRATRI SABUDANA HALWA

Ingredients
- 1 cup of soaked sabudana
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1 tsp powdered green cardamom
- 5-6 almonds cut in strips
- 1 walnut broken into pieces
- few rasins
- 1 ½ tbsp of ghee
Method
- In a kadhai add the ghee.
- When the ghee becomes warm.
- Add the dried fruits .
- Stir for few seconds.
- Then add the jaggery .
- Stir on low flame.
- When the jaggery starts to melt .
- Add the soaked sabudana .
- Stir it in well for few minutes on low flame .
- Add the powdered cardamom powder
- Mix it well .
- Cook on low flame for few seconds .
- Done .
