PANEER RAJGIRA FRITTERS

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp rajgira flour
- 15g paneer
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ coriander powder
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- rock salt to taste
- 1 tsp ghee
Method
- Take a bowl add rajgira flour, grated paneer, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and mix all the ingredients well and knead it into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into two portions and make small patties.
- Heat a pan add ghee and place the parties and allow it to cook and then flip the patties and allow it to cook on both the sides for around 3 to 4 minutes until it is golden brown in colour.
- Once patties are cooked well, transfer it to a serving plate, enjoy paneer rajgira patties with coriander chutney or curd.
