PANEER RAJGIRA FRITTERS - Simrun Chopra

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp rajgira flour
  • 15g paneer
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • rock salt to taste
  • 1 tsp ghee

Method 

  1. Take a bowl add rajgira flour, grated paneer, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and mix all the ingredients well and knead it into a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into two portions and make small patties.
  3. Heat a pan add ghee and place the parties and allow it to cook and then flip the patties and allow it to cook on both the sides for around 3 to 4 minutes until it is golden brown in colour.
  4. Once patties are cooked well, transfer it to a serving plate, enjoy paneer rajgira patties with coriander chutney or curd.
