RAJGIRA MUTHIA

Ingredients
- 30g rajgira flour
- 30ml water
- pinch of turmeric powder
- pinch of red chilli powder
- pinch of rock salt
- ¼ tsp of white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tbsp roasted peanut
Method
- Take rajgira flour in a bowl, add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and sprinkle some water simultaneously and knead it slowly and make a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 2 halves and roll it into 2 cylindrical portion.
- Heat water in a idli steamer, once it's hot apply some ghee and place the muthia on it and steam it for 10 minutes.
- Once it's steamed well allow it to cool down and cut into small cubes.
- Heat ghee in a kadai add sesame seeds, peanuts, coriander and steamed muthia and saute for 2 minutes.
- Transfer cooked muthia to a serving plate and enjoy rajgira muthia.
