Cardio Options 

Cardio workouts are given through the program and extremely effective ensuring calorie burn and strength and conditioning. However if you would like to try others here are a few alternatives. 

1. Outdoor Walking : Brisk walk covering atleast 3km in 30 mins and burning at least 250 calories 

2. Treadmill Walking : at least 6kmph speed for 30 minutes without holding the treadmill 

3. Classes : Pick a class you enjoy be it dance, aerobics, zumba etc and aim to burn at least 250 calories in 30 minutes for it to count 

4. Jogging / Running / Cycling / Swimming or any sport of choice for at least 30 minutes burning atleast 250 calories.
