BAKED BROCCOLI CHICKEN FRITTERS

Ingredients
- 100g broccoli
- 50g chicken
- ½ tsp red chilli flakes
- ¼ tsp pepper powder
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 green chilli
- salt to taste
- pinch of baking soda
- oil for greasing
Method
- Steam broccoli and blend it to make course mixture.
- Add minced chicken, red chilli flakes, pepper powder, mixed herbs, finely chopped garlic, salt, pinch of baking soda and mix all the ingredients well.
- Make equal sized patties and keep aside.
- Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 150 degree celsius.
- Bake broccoli chicken fritters for 20 minutes at 200 degree celsius.
- Serve hot with herbed hung curd.
