MAKHANA CHAT

A high-fibre, low-calorie snack that supports gut health, balances cravings, and keeps you fuller for longer
Why This Is Good For You
This Makhana Veg Bhel is a light, crunchy, and flavour-packed snack that makes a great alternative to deep-fried bhel or chaats. Makhana (fox nuts) are rich in magnesium, calcium, and antioxidants, while the veggies add fibre, hydration, and vitamin C. The small quantity of curd introduces gut-friendly probiotics, and the chutneys add a burst of flavour without compromising on nutrition.
Perfect for weight loss, PCOS, or anyone seeking a tasty, low-calorie, high-volume snack that helps manage cravings and keeps blood sugar stable.
