Bhindi Chutney

Bhindi chutney is high in fiber, this spicy delicious healthy chutney goes well with dosa or chilla.

Ingredients

  • 50g lady's finger
  • 10g ground nut
  • 1green chilli
  • 1pod garlic
  • ⅛ tsp jeera
  • Salt according to the taste
  • ¼ tsp oil.

Preparation: 

  • Heat the pan and dry roast the groundnut, let it cool and remove the husk(outer cover) from it by rubbing it in your palm.
  • Now heat the pan again, add oil , lady's finger, let it cook for 5-10minutes then add jeera and green chill, let it cook then switch off the stove .
  • Take a jar, add roasted groundnut ,lady's finger mixture ,salt and garlic.

Blend it into smooth paste and serve.
