Bhindi chutney is high in fiber, this spicy delicious healthy chutney goes well with dosa or chilla.

- 50g lady's finger
- 10g ground nut
- 1green chilli
- 1pod garlic
- ⅛ tsp jeera
- Salt according to the taste
- ¼ tsp oil.
- Heat the pan and dry roast the groundnut, let it cool and remove the husk(outer cover) from it by rubbing it in your palm.
- Now heat the pan again, add oil , lady's finger, let it cook for 5-10minutes then add jeera and green chill, let it cook then switch off the stove .
- Take a jar, add roasted groundnut ,lady's finger mixture ,salt and garlic.
Blend it into smooth paste and serve.
