Chicken Roast with Vegetables

- 500gms chicken
- 3 tbsp of oil
- 10-12 pods of garlic chopped
- 6 whole red chillies
- 1 carrot cut into big pieces of 1 " each
- 10-12 french beans cut in a slant of 1 " each
- 1 big onion cut into big pieces
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup
Method
- Take a kadhai add the oil ,heat the oil, then add the chicken, keep for few minutes on one side then flip the side .
- Stir fry for few minutes
- Then add chopped garlic
- Stir fry for 5-7 minutes
- Then add the whole red chillies
- Cover and cook for few minutes on low flame
- Add the cut carrot and beans to the chicken
- Add pinch of salt and mix it in ,add less salt as sauces have their own salt
- Add the black pepper and stir fry for 30-40 seconds
- Next add the oyster sauce and mix it in .
- Then add the tomato sauce and mix it in
- Stir fry for few minutes ,then add the cut onions
- Mix it in well, stir fry for a minute or so
- And Done .
