Crispy Rava Dosa

Here is a quick, simple and awesome recipe for rava dosa by my mother in law.

Ingredients :

  • 3 cup rice flour 
  • 1 cup chiroti rava (super fine rava) 
  • 1tsp jeera whole
  • 1 tsp ajwain whole 
  • salt to taste 
  • water to reach a thin buttermilk consistency


  • Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat 
  • Slather on the mixture as show in my stories. Or click here 
  • Add a little ghee over the dosa 
  • Cover and cook till the sides start leaving the pan 
  • At this point free the rava dosa, flip and cook 
  • Serve hot and crispy
Notes : Mix the batter each time before making a new dosa to ensure the rice flour isn't settled at the bottom
