RAJGIRA WALNUT LADDU

RAJGIRA WALNUT LADDU - Simrun Chopra

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp rajgira flour
  • 1 tsp jaggery
  • 2 tsp roasted peanut and walnut powder
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. Heat pan and dry roast rajgira flour.
  2. Add roasted peanut, walnut powder and saute until its  brown and transfer to a plate.
  3. Heat pan and then add jaggery and melt it.
  4. Now add rajgira, walnut, peanut mix and mix all the ingredients well,cook for 1 minute.
  5. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool down until it's at a warm temperature.
  6. When it's warm apply some ghee on palm and make laddu and top it with sesame seeds and serve rajgira walnut laddu .
