RAJGIRA WALNUT LADDU

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp rajgira flour
- 1 tsp jaggery
- 2 tsp roasted peanut and walnut powder
- 1 tsp ghee
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
Method
- Heat pan and dry roast rajgira flour.
- Add roasted peanut, walnut powder and saute until its brown and transfer to a plate.
- Heat pan and then add jaggery and melt it.
- Now add rajgira, walnut, peanut mix and mix all the ingredients well,cook for 1 minute.
- Turn off the flame and allow it to cool down until it's at a warm temperature.
- When it's warm apply some ghee on palm and make laddu and top it with sesame seeds and serve rajgira walnut laddu .
