Rajma Quesadilla
Ingredients for 1 serving:
For Quesadilla:
- 30g Wheat Flour
- Water (for making the dough)
- ¼ tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- ¼ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt (to taste)
For Rajma Stuffing:
- 15g Rajma (Boiled)
- 50g Chopped Onion
- 100g Chopped Capsicum
- 25g Chopped Tomato
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala
- Salt (according to taste)
Method:
For Quesadilla:
Take wheat flour in a bowl and make a dough by adding a little amount of water.
Roll the dough into a thin chapati and cook it on a low flame. Once cooked, cut it into two equal halves.
For Rajma Stuffing:
Heat a pan and add oil, then add jeera and let it sizzle.
Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato, and capsicum. Cook until they are well done.
Now, add salt and garam masala, and boiled rajma to the mixture. Switch off the flame.
Assemble the Quesadilla:
Take one of the cooked chapati halves and place the cooked rajma mixture on it.
Place the other half on top to create a quesadilla.
Serve hot with hung curd.
