ABS Blend 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized beetroot, steamed
  • 1 whole amla (Indian gooseberry)
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

 

Recipe

  1. Prepare the Beetroot: Steam the beetroot until tender, then let it cool completely.
  2. Blend: In a blender, combine 500 ml of water with the steamed beetroot, raw amla, and sunflower seeds. Blend until you achieve a smooth juice consistency.
  3. Enjoy: Drink the juice as is, retaining all the fiber for maximum health benefits.

 

Note : you can steam the beetroot before hand and refrigerate too
