Palak Paneer Stir-Fry with Roti

- Spinach (fresh): 1 cup, chopped
- Onion: 1 small, chopped
- Tomato: 1 small, chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
