Ingredients:

  • 20 whole red dried chillies
  • 10 large garlic pods
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 3/4 - 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Begin by soaking all the listed ingredients together and allowing them to sit for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Once soaked, grind the mixture in a mixer until a smooth paste forms.
  3. Taste to check the salt and adjust as needed.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days
  5. Use in any recipe that needs a red chilli sauce
  6. It's really that simple :)



Note : 

Soya sauce : use a dar soy sauce for better flavour.
