Citrus Chia Burst Water

Ingredients:
- 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime deseeded and sliced thin
- 1tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 liter of water
Instructions:
- Gently crush the fresh mint leaves by hand to release their aromatic essence.
- Slice the lime into thin wedges, ensuring optimal surface area for flavor infusion.
- In a spacious jar/ bottle, combine the crushed mint leaves and lime slices.
- Pour 1 liter of water into the jar, allowing the ingredients to mingle and infuse for atleast 20 mins
- Drink this water through the day
- Refill this bottle through the day and discard the remaining ingredients at night
