My Secret Aloo Chaat Recipe
This is a simple recipe but each ingredient is key to the taste. 
Make sure you get everything and I prefer to chill it and eat it. 
  • 500 gms boiled potatoes
  • 2-3 tomatoes sliced
  • 2-3 onions sliced
  • Chopped green chillies to taste
  • 2 tbsp ginger julienne
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp chopped mint leaves (optional)
  • 2 cups boiled dried peas(matar) cooked/boiled
  • 1 cup thick tamarind pulp
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black salt (optional)
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp roasted coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • Boil and cool the potato.
  • After removing the skin Cut the potato in half and then cut in slices horizontally or vertically
  • Slice the onions and tomatoes and chop the green chillies small
  • Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl and then mix it into the sliced boiled potato
  • Mix gently taking care not to break the potatoes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve

Note : all flavors/spices/tamarind / chillies can be adjusted according to personal taste .
