Super simple recipe you can put together and night and keep in the fridge.
- 2 cucumber cut round with skin ( small baby cucumber with skin works well)
- 1medium - large onion sliced in thin rounds
- 8-10 cloves of garlic pounded
- 3 tbsp chopped spring onions
- Black salt /salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes (can be adjusted according to taste)
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder/paprika (can be adjusted according to taste )
- 1-2 fresh red chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 lime juice ( fresh not bottled)
- 2 tsp sugar
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Then transfer it to a bottle and keep in refrigerator overnight or upto 2 days
Mix or shake the bottle every day
NB: sweetness/sourness/chilli can be adjusted according to personal choice .
