Day 4: Abs & Cardio Challenge
Welcome to Day 4 of the 7-Day Beginner Workout Challenge! Today’s focus is on strengthening your core with an intense abs workout, followed by a cardio challenge to push your limits.
Part 1: Abs Workout
Complete the following exercises back-to-back. After finishing all 4 exercises, rest for 30 seconds before starting the next round. Aim for 3 rounds in total.
1️⃣ Crunches – 20 reps
2️⃣ Legs Up & Crunch – 20 reps
3️⃣ Flutter Kicks – 20 reps (or 10 per side)
4️⃣ Bicycle Crunches – 40 reps (or 20 per side)
💡 Tip: Focus on engaging your core during each move for maximum results.
Part 2: Cardio Challenge
Time to revisit your walk! Using the time you tracked on Day 2, aim to:
- Cover more distance in the same amount of time.
- Track your calories burned during the walk using a fitness app or tracker.
Challenge yourself to beat your previous stats and go further or faster!
