Chicken Quinoa And Vegetable Salad Bowl
Ingredients for 1 Serving:
For Chicken:
100g Chicken
1 Garlic Clove
1 Green Chilli
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Oil
Salt (to taste)
For Quinoa:
30g Quinoa
¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Coriander Powder
Salt (to taste)
2 cups Water
For Veg Salad:
100g Finely Chopped Onion
100g Finely Chopped Tomato
100g Diced Cucumber
1 Garlic Clove
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt
¼ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Nutritional Information (Approximate):
Calories: 350-400 kcal
Protein: 20-25 grams
Carbohydrates: 40-45 grams
Fat: 10-12 grams
Fiber: 6-8 grams
Method:
For Chicken:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and green chilli, and sauté them.
2. Add chicken and sauté well until it's cooked.
3. Season with black pepper powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Continue to sauté until the chicken is well-cooked.
4. Turn off the flame and transfer the cooked chicken to one side of the serving plate.
For Quinoa:
1. In the same pan, add rinsed quinoa, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Sauté all the ingredients.
2. Add water and allow it to cook until all the water is absorbed and the quinoa is fully cooked.
3. Transfer the cooked quinoa to the other side of the serving plate.
For Veg Salad:
1. In a bowl, combine chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, red chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
2. Serve the salad in the same serving plate along with chicken and quinoa.
