Chinese Chicken with French Beans

For the sauce mix together
and keep aside
Method
Marinate
- 300-400 gms boneless chicken cut in cubes
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 an egg
- 1 tsp cornflour
- Marinate the above and keep aside
Remaining ingredients
- 200-300 gms of french beans ,cut vertically then cut into 2
- 2-3 red peppers sliced vertically
- 1 big onion sliced thick
- 1/2 cup scallions cut into 2"pieces
- 5-6 pounded whole garlic
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chilli flakes or according to taste
- 3-4 tbsp of oil
For the sauce mix together
and keep aside
- 3 tsp light soya sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp dark soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp cornflour
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 5-6 tbsp of water
Method
- In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and let it become hot
- Then place the chicken pieces on it one by one .
- Let it cook and get brown on the bottom, then flip the side and repeat the same .
- When both sides are gets and becomes a little brown
- Remove and keep aside
- In the same pan add the remaining oil and let it get warm
- When the oil is warm add the pounded pods of garlic
- Stir fry for a minute or so Then add the french beans and stir fry for few minutes
- When you have stirred fried the beans for few minutes
- Add the chopped garlic and stir fry for few minutes
- Now add the thickly sliced onion and stir fry for a minute or so
- Then add the salt and red chilli flakes and stir fry for 20-30 seconds
- After that add the red peppers and stir fry for few minutes Add 1-2 tsp of vinegar and mix it in well
- Now add the cooked chicken Mix it in with the vegetables
- Then add the sauce on it and mix it in
- Lastly add the cut scallions
- Stir for a minute or so
- Done and Ready to serve
