Cottage Cheese Spinach Mushroom

Ingredients:
Directions:
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 70 grams cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)
- 10 large button mushrooms, stems removed
Directions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add diced onions, and sauté until translucent.
- Add chopped and washed spinach to the pan. Once the spinach is tender, incorporate chili powder, spices, and salt according to your taste.
- Introduce crumbled cottage cheese into the mixture, stir well, and turn off the heat.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the prepared filling. You can either steam them or bake it for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender and acquire a golden hue.
