Debloat Tea


  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 7-10 curry leaves
  • 3 ajwain leaves or 1 teaspoon carom seeds
  • 1 inch grated ginger
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds


  1. In a deep pan, bring 2 glasses of water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  2. Once the water reaches a boil, reduce the flame to low and carefully add in the following ingredients: 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 7-10 fresh curry leaves, 3 ajwain leaves (alternatively, 1 teaspoon carom seeds), 1 inch of freshly grated ginger, and 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds.
  3. Allow the ingredients to infuse into the water, simmering on low heat for an additional 5 minutes. This process allows the flavors and beneficial compounds to meld seamlessly.
  4. After 5 minutes, remove the pan from the heat source.
  5. To achieve a clear and refreshing beverage, strain the tea to separate the liquid from the solid components.
  6. Pour the strained debloat tea into a cup or mug.
  7. Savor this soothing tea while warm.
