Debloat Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 7-10 curry leaves
- 3 ajwain leaves or 1 teaspoon carom seeds
- 1 inch grated ginger
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
Instructions:
- In a deep pan, bring 2 glasses of water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Once the water reaches a boil, reduce the flame to low and carefully add in the following ingredients: 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 7-10 fresh curry leaves, 3 ajwain leaves (alternatively, 1 teaspoon carom seeds), 1 inch of freshly grated ginger, and 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds.
- Allow the ingredients to infuse into the water, simmering on low heat for an additional 5 minutes. This process allows the flavors and beneficial compounds to meld seamlessly.
- After 5 minutes, remove the pan from the heat source.
- To achieve a clear and refreshing beverage, strain the tea to separate the liquid from the solid components.
- Pour the strained debloat tea into a cup or mug.
- Savor this soothing tea while warm.
