Ginger & Peppermint Belly-Soothing Elixir

Ingredients:
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
- A handful of fresh peppermint leaves
- Hot water
Preparation:
- Grate the ginger or slice it thinly.
- Slightly crush the peppermint leaves to release their oils.
- Place the ginger and peppermint in a cup.
Infusion:
- Pour hot water over the ginger and peppermint.
- Cover and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
Strain & Enjoy:
- Strain the infusion to remove the ginger and peppermint.
- Sip and relish this aromatic, belly-soothing elixir.
- Note: Ginger aids digestion, while peppermint helps relax the muscles of the GI tract, potentially reducing bloating.
