Green Chilli Coriander Sauce

A super simple recipe that forms the base of many recipes and works great in sandwiches too
These are versions you won't see anywhere else because these are household recipes from the Chinese community in Kolkata.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped coriander (packed tightly into 1 cup)
- 12 pods of garlic
- 8-10 green chillies (or according to taste)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
Method
- Use the corriander leaves and stems
- In a powerful mixer grinder, grind all the ingredients into a fine paste
- Check for salt and adjust according to taste
- Can be served as a sauce with anything you want
- Can be used for cooking Chinese and for marination also
